## Floor Trash (Highest Priority) * **Remove every existing piece of trash from the original image.** * **Delete all old trash completely.** * After removal, the floor must be completely clean. * Add **only one** trash pile: the attached trash reference. * **Do not generate any additional garbage.** * **Do not leave any original trash.** * **Do not duplicate the trash.** * **Do not scatter trash around the room.** * Preserve the attached trash exactly: * size * proportions * colors * materials * folds * arrangement * Place the trash **only on the floor**. * Position it **very close to the corner of the bed nearest the capsule**. * The trash should be **within approximately 5–10 cm of that bed corner**, almost touching the corner of the bed. * The reference point is **the bed corner**, not the capsule and not the wall. * **No trash is allowed anywhere else in the room.** ### Trash Placement (Precise Position) * Place the attached trash **on the floor between the corner of the bed and the beginning (front edge) of the capsule**. * The trash must be **much closer to the bed corner than to the capsule**. * The reference point is **the bed corner**. * Position the trash **within approximately 5–10 cm of the bed corner**, while remaining **between the bed corner and the capsule**. * The trash should appear naturally lying in the small floor area between these two objects. * **Do not place the trash beside the window, beside the wall, under the bed, behind the capsule, or touching the capsule.** * **Do not move the capsule or the bed to accommodate the trash.** * The trash must remain **only in this single location**, with **no additional trash anywhere else in the room**. Trash Position Lock (Highest Priority) The trash must be placed only next to the corner of the bed. The bed corner is the only placement reference point. Do not use the window as a reference point. The trash must NOT be placed near the window, under the window, beside the window, or along the wall near the window. The trash must be located directly adjacent to the bed corner, almost touching the bed corner. Place the trash in the small floor area between the bed corner and the capsule, but keep it closer to the bed corner than to the capsule. The distance from the trash to the bed corner must be minimal (approximately 5–10 cm). The trash must appear as if it naturally fell beside the foot-side corner of the bed. The window should have zero influence on trash placement. Negative instructions: No trash near the window. No trash below the window. No trash along the wall. No trash in open floor space. No trash near the capsule unless it is also immediately beside the bed corner. No additional trash anywhere else. ## IV Stand * Place one realistic hospital IV stand. * Position it **on the floor on the window side of the bed**. * The IV stand must stand **immediately beside the bed**, almost touching it. * The IV stand must be positioned **immediately beside the character**, on the window side. * The IV tubing must connect **only** to the character's **left hand** (the hand closest to the camera). * The IV connection must be clearly visible and physically believable. * It must be immediately obvious that the character is receiving an IV infusion. IV Stand Placement (Highest Priority) Place the hospital IV stand directly on the floor. The base of the IV stand must be fully standing on the floor. Do not place the IV stand on the bed, mattress, blanket, furniture, or any elevated surface. Position the IV stand on the floor beside the bed, on the window side. The IV stand should be almost touching the side of the bed (approximately 5–10 cm gap). Keep the IV stand immediately beside the character, so it is clear the IV belongs to him. The IV tubing must connect only to the character's left hand (the hand closest to the camera). The IV tube should have a realistic length and natural slack, extending from the bag to the left hand without intersecting objects unnaturally. It must be immediately obvious that the IV stand is standing on the floor and that the character is receiving an IV infusion. ## Clothes on the Bed * Place **exactly two dirty tank tops** and **exactly three socks** on the bed. * The clothing must be positioned **to the left of the character**. * One tank top is **white**. * One tank top is **black**. * Both tank tops are dirty, heavily worn and heavily wrinkled. * Each tank top is folded approximately three times before being crumpled. * **Stack the two tank tops together.** * Place the **three socks together with the tank tops**, forming **one single messy pile of dirty laundry**. * The socks should partially overlap the tank tops naturally. * The entire pile should look casually thrown onto the bed after use. * **Do not spread the clothes apart.** * **Do not place socks separately.** * The tank tops and socks must appear as **one compact crumpled pile**. * Keep the entire pile completely on the mattress and clearly visible.
